Nature is the best architect, a good example being the spectacular nests of Namibia's resident weaver birds. The environmentalist Swen Bachran oriented himself to its architectural skills. First he bought a huge plot of land in the middle of the Namib to declare it a nature reserve and to fulfill a dream of owning a house, the rental income from which in turn supports his nature conservation projects.
