Mason is one of the most successful action sports photographers we know. But that's not enough. He has his own TV show, moderates the biggest mountain bike events in the world and was a pro on the bike for a long time. Time to introduce this Canadian all-rounder.

RIDING THE LINE // 26
Our photographer Ryan Hill was tired of long-distance travel and preferred to oil the chain of his bike instead. Together with his friend David, he cycled the coast of his home state of California for almost a week, always looking for waves and the perfect camp spot. 

OUTERBANKS // 42
The Outerbanks are located in the east of the USA. An approximately 270 kilometer long headland that serves as a retreat for rich Americans and as a grateful destination for tourists in the summer. But in winter, when it gets wet, cold and therefore quiet, that's exactly when it's time to get out the big Neo and pay a visit to the perfect Atlantic waves.

Our editor Finn Ole Springborn recently boarded the Akamimi and sailed her with his buddy Vince Scholz from the Baltic Sea coast of Denmark over to the west coast. The goal was not to freeze and to grab the swell of the year.

If you think that you have nothing to lose in terms of temperature in the desert state of Oman in summer, you are wrong. The spectacular Hajar Mountains are a wonderful place to be and the only thing that will make you sweat are the unique outdoor activities you can do there.

In the wild heart of South Africa lies the weekend home of the outdoor-loving Mellor family. They opened their huge sliding glass doors for us and gave us a look into this dream house.
