Armorik Sherry Cask is fully matured in Oloroso sherry casks. These casks, traditionally used for Scottish whisky, were used to produce sherry wine, a close relative of Pineau des Charentes. This Armorik is therefore characterized by spicy notes and candied fruits, which enhance the characteristic fruitiness of Armorik. A gourmet whisky that unites the richness of Breton and Spanish terroirs.

Made from organically grown French barley and distilled in the in-house traditional pot stills, it exemplifies the desire to create an exceptional single malt that reflects the Breton character: a rich and fruity whisky that respects the environment through its sustainable production.

  • Barrels: Aged in  Oloroso sherry casks
  • Grain: French organic barley
  • Water: From a granite crevice beneath the distillery.
  • Color: Amber
  • Nose: Intense, very fine and elegant, subtly influenced by sherry. The delicacy of vanilla and citrus fruits is enhanced by a hint of mint and dried fruits.
  • Aroma: Very balanced, rounded, with notes of Crème Brûlée, plums, and roasted almonds.
  • Finish: Lightly vanilla, warm from the sherry and spicy, with a hint of herbs from Provence.
  • Alcohol content: 46%
  • Content: 0.7 L
